  • Terrible. I wanted to tan for just a month to get tan for a wedding and they won't stop charging my card! She told me about the automatic payments and I called back to cancel it and they told me to go to corporate. Okay, fine, I can call them. So when I did they of course were closed and told me to send an email. It's been over a week since I sent the email and absolutely no call back. So now I'm forced to call my bank and change my card number because this place is too incompetent to stop charging me.
