  • I travel a lot for work and typically stay at Marriott properties so while the hotel lobby is nice, the rooms area bit outdated but under renovation to turn into a DoubleTree soon. That said, the staff at the hotel is amazing and went over and above expectations to make my family reunion a blast. We had about 20 rooms or more reserved for the long memorial day weekend including meeting rooms and the pool area and they made our stay great. Kim at the bar/front desk was so nice, Shay at the front desk/manager went out of his way to make our stay special and Trinity, the food/beverage manager does everything from make dessert to ensure you have a nice banquet experience. She even helped us find area resources for our reunion. I hope they all stay when this converts to a DoubleTree and that all of these people get raises. It is literally the best service I've ever received and I stay at hotels almost weekly. This 4 star review is 100% based on service!!
