rev:text	I must have went here on a good day. I know Pep Boys is a chain, and not always the best place to go when you have troubles with your vehicle, but it does in a pinch. So much so that my recent endeavor ended well for me. I bought new tires for my car several weeks ago and while driving in the wonderful streets of Pittsburgh my one brand new tire came in contact with a nail. When I discovered this, probably several days if not weeks later, I called the original place to go in and have the replaced or repaired. Hassle there, huge, huge hassle (they made me set up an appointment for a tire that was actively losing air). So instead, I drove here to Pep Boys. When I arrived, it was midday and they were busy, which I expected. When I walked in and told the guy at the counter what I was there for and after he got my information, that's when he told me the wait time. Four hours, on a Thursday, at three in the afternoon. I was a bit miffed by this, but I needed it repaired and they could do it that day. So I said whatever, grabbed my umbrella and started to walk around the Shadyside area. A hour into the wait, my phone rang and to my surprise, my car was finished. Now this is why I give them a higher rating than most people, when I went to pay, it was free. Yes, I did say free. If you are a member of their rewards program, minor repairs like a flat tire are free of charge. I was expecting to pay the $30 I was quoted on the phone, but because of that little plastic card I walked out of there without paying a cent.
