  • Where to start....the rental skates are in horrible condition. The laces are all in knots and you can't even lace them all the way up. They want their customers to injure their ankles. No support at all. We asked for another pair and still the same horrible condition. The music lasted 45 minutes and then in and out the rest of the time. They allow people to use the phones on the ice and allow people to stand and conjure on the ice blocking the flow. They need someone to supervise the customers. People going the wrong way and doing jumps and twirls in the path of others. They also allowed lessons for kids doing tricks which get in the way of the skaters. They have two rinks use the other rink for that!
