| - SEVERE CAUTIONING TO ALL WHO ARE LOOKING FOR A NAIL SPA - DO NOT GO HERE EVEN IF YOU NEED A MANI/PEDI THAT BAD!!!!!! This place is TERRIBLE I cannot believe it even exists or can manage to stay in business.
First, to give reason for my one star - they get one star for being one of the only nail salons open on Labor Day (that's probably how they managed to survive, got all the business that day).
The rest of it, just dreadful. I went for a pedicure and didn't realize how bad a pedicure could be. I KNOW some of my friends could do a better job for me, this lady was a total failure at her job if she was trained at all. I should have asked to see her license. I wish I had pictures because she cut my nails at an unbelievably crooked, slanted angle and made my toe BLEED!!! and she kept on cutting at the open skin (yes, it hurt!!!) I was so shocked at what she was doing and utterly speechless.
I wanted to laugh at how she thought she was applying a base coat on my toenails because she literally barely brushed each tip of the nail with it, and then she poured polish remover into the nail polish before applying it to my nails. Everything went super fast and this showed on my toes.
$30 for this, I should have asked to see a manager, showed them my red, cut toe, the funny crooked-shaped nails, streaky polish, and kindly suggest that this is not even CLOSE to the kind of service I expected or should even receive. And I'm not sure why, but they actually charged me $31-something.... There usually isn't a tax on nail services I don't THINK...if there isn't, I have no idea why I paid more. Needless to say, I did not leave a tip and I will NEVER go again!
