  • I am not at this location, but since I HAD to express myself I had no other option. We went to the Cellaris kiosk at Fashion Square to buy a cover for an IPhone 6 Plus. The two people who were there were rude, did not seem to want to sell, would not give us a direct answer as to wether their products were refurbished, New or used. They also stated they they had never heard that the Otter cover had a warranty . I have been buying iPhones since they first can out and always buy an otter box and it has always has a warranty. The covers were not in original boxes, just in a plastic bag. So, don't think they came through as trustworthy and don't think I will visit another store.
