  • ***** GOOD NEWS ! ***** Someone must be watching over those who've had bad experiences at the Heights of Summerlin, because I received a Yelp response from U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Inspector General, Office of Investigations (Ms. Jennifer Spaulding) who inquired about the happenings at the Heights. We spoke for almost an hour and she told me that the Heights is under scrutiny for numerous reports, like mine, about the conditions there. I was hoping that some oversight authority, like the U.S. HHS would intervene, and now it has! The Heights is a licensed corporation that must submit to State and Federal guidelines, and now they will be held accountable. What I learned most from Ms. Spaulding was that my complaints about the Heights of Summerlin are only the tip of the iceberg. The problem appears to go all the way to the top of its parent company. Who knew!? Well, at least now someone is onto them.
