  • Beautiful shop with great selection. They're not the most helpful and you could tell who the preferred customers were right away, even if they weren't buying anything. I spent several thousand dollars on a bike here, as they had the one I wanted in my size. Took it on it's maiden voyage and it creaked like crazy. Took it straight back from the ride and asked if they could check it out. They obliged and regreased the crank and hub. Seemed to help. Took it on a ride the next day and it creaked again almost right away. The shop is across town from where I live, so I figured I'd just have them check again on the one month tune up. Took it in, told them what happened and how it didn't work. Came back to pick it up and they charged me $40 to regrease the hub. I told them I would've done it myself if I knew they were gonna charge me $40 to pull the cassette and slap some grease in there on a new bike purchased in their store. They just said, "sorry". I paid them and took it out. Creaked like crazy right away. No more of my money for them.
