  • The old bait and switch... but In the best way ever. They got me in the doors with their free InBody test: body fat, muscle, water, etc... I work out a bit but I eat like a champ so it is nice to go in and see how well each of these activities are fighting with / balancing each other. The staff are always nice and never pressure us into buying anything. To be honest, I never buy anything unless I absolutely need it but the staff are very helpful in gearing me toward what I want/need. They do some great "body transformation" challenges... my wife has participated a few times and won some decent cash out of it. I didn't come close to winning but received a $10 gift card for participating.
