| - I have heard mixed opinions in regards to Industry so I was excited to check it out for myself. For the most part, we did enjoy the experience. Thee service was good, as was the food.
I ordered Idustry's Carnegie cucumber cocktail and it was delicious. There was fresh cucumber and elderberry in it.
I was with a few friends and we chose to share a few appetizers. We ordered the industry egg rolls, fries with gorgonzola and truffle oil, the southwest flatbread and mac n' cheese with tasso ham. The egg rolls weren't bad but weren't that great either. I honestly forgot they were ordered until I jogged my memory to write this review. The fries were good but generally anything with cheese and truffle will make people happy. The pizza was the most popular of the items ordered, with corn and spicy chicken, but the menu stated that poblano peppers were on it as well and we could not find any. Lastly, the mac n' cheese could have been good aside from one minor (major) detail. The cheese sauce, tasty. The ham, excellent, the noodles, however, were so overcooked, I couldn't eat them. I would most likely go back but with so many more restaurants in Lawrenceville that have much better food, it won't be anytime soon.
