So, originally I was a Bonds Alarm customer and Bay bought them out. Fortunately or unfortunately Bonds set the bar low: they never came by to test the system or check on my equipment (they inherited my account from Beware). Bay, though, to their credit actually didn't *just* bill me (also to their credit my rate remains unchanged) they sent JR to test & check out my system. Morever, no cross or hard selling of uncharted, plans, equipment, etc. That immediately loses my business.
JR tested the equpiment, replaced the battery, gave me a refresher in using the keypad (I did buy a new one as the old one was dying) and found a problem (thanks cable company) with my phone lines (which was fixed next day).
When JR came back the following week he went above and beyond making sure everything was ticked & tied. Excellent service.
The 4 stars is for the CCP who gave me a little flack when I requested I be called before the technician comes over...no reason for that.
