  • My insurance company took my son's vehicle here after a bad accident. Robert Downey was our lead guy, again. As always he was helpful, thorough and patient. Unfortunately the car was totaled, but I can't say enough about their work. I also called this morning, before hours, and Chuck answered. I explained my son thought he left his Oakley sunglasses in his car. Chuck called and said he searched and couldn't find them. He called back again and said he discovered there were two exact vehicles like my son's after talking to another employee. He then went back and found his Oakley sunglasses. Many, many, thanks to Chuck and Invision for going the extra mile.
