I had my new to me Toyota serviced here right after I bought it from a private sale. Happily and gladly it was all OK. But Junior, my service advisor, made me a believer in Dealership service again. He explained everything in detail, explained the reasons why servicing schedules are important and was not pushy at wanting to sell me unwarranted service work. He did explain that preventive maintenance is much cheaper than a repair bill. I would strongly recommend Junior and Toyota of Surprise for your service work. Way to go Toyota for hiring great customer service advisors.
