  • So bummed with the Phoenix zoo. We have been members for years...we pay additional to go to all the extra member events and our son has gone to zoo camp every year since he was 6. My husband and I even had events for work and personal hosted here but everything has gone SO downhill. I understand needing funds to upkeep the zoo and expand but now you are nickel and dimed for everything, which is fine charge me but have the service to go with it! You want to charge outrageous prices and also charge for everything...why don't you make the experience pleasant with some actual service? Mother and Father's day brunches are a joke, snow day another horrible joke and now my family of three has to either pay a membership for 2 or 6 because of the changes you made. Nope, not gonna happen. You've lost some faithful members!! There are tons of places you can go, spend less money, and get way better service. Do whatever that is instead...you wont miss anything from this zoo besides being disappointed!
