  • Second time to this store & it surely will be the last!! First visit, I overheard a customer pitching a fit about not being able to return her rental on Sunday because they were closed but yet the website allowed her to book and pay for a Sunday return. I had to wait a few seconds and even interrupt the employees to get attention as I waited a few moments and no one had even greeted me. I had to upgrade my car and pay extra money as a car they were attempting to write me was a piece of shit. Other than that the first visit was OK. Now my second and last visit, I reserved the car five days prior online when I arrived on day of pick up, there was not a one car available for my reservation! The two guys that were there were very nonchalant and said pretty much it is what it is. They told me they have one car out getting the oil changed and they did not know when it would be back because they were not mechanics! Customer service is really shitty here!
