  • Extremely disappointed. I spent over $300 on "tailor made" covers and they were not tailor made to my make and model (2014 FJ Cruiser). When I called them requested a refund, they said that because it was "tailor made," they could not give me a refund. They offered to send me another seat cover to fix the problem. Also, they make you cut your own holes on the backseat (where the headrest gets inserted). Overall, this is a low quality product- especially considering how much I spent. Buyer beware.
