If I could give no stars I would. My husband went into this store yesterday to check out pricing because we are unhappy with our current billing with Directv. He was asked his address and email and they gave him a quote for the services he was requesting. He left and thank the guy and told him he would be in touch if we decided to switch to Cox. By the time he got home, he had an email confirming his installation for his new Cox service. Do I need say again....he did not agree to get Cox, only asked for a quote. He called the Cox office to cancel. He sat on the phone for 27 minutes before a human answered. After explaining he never wanted the service, they had the audacity to try and talk him into keeping the appointment and using Cox! He told them absolutely not! What a joke.
