  • Fraud! Buyer beware and don't be fooled by the few dollars saved when comparing on sites like Orbitz. Reserved a 6 passenger car weeks in advance and bought $40 of insurance. As we go to pick up the car, My husband had to beg a worker to approach the counter as he was hiding in the back. The very lethargic male says, "Yes, we are open but we are out of cars. You can go to our sister company Dollar." At Dollar they charged us the same cost for a 6 passenger but have us a small 4/5 passenger car. The insurance was null and void. As my family of 5 with 3 huge teens pile in for a 5 hr drive to LA in this tin can, I am lividly posting this review. Shame on you Firefly.... Time for you to fly away! Dollar.... You committed fraud..... And Orbitz could care less and says they can't help. You are all bad for the Las Vegas economy. Families, take your business elsewhere.
