  • We've lived here almost three years and plan to renew our lease again, so that says something. A secure, gated complex, floorplans are dynamic, closet space is generous, one and two car garages are available. The gym is well furnished. A propane grill is available poolside and there are others around the complex at various locations. The pool and spa are beautifully lit at night and a nice place to meet your neighbors. Residents are mostly adults, generally friendly and considerate. The complex is central to everything: close to downtown, directly across the street from Steel Indian School Park (75 acres of biking and walking paths, two enormous dog parks, a lake, historic buildings and memorials, and on-going community events). The Phoenix light rail is just a short walk out your front door. There are two Grid Bike Share stations nearby. The surrounding area, Yaple Park, is a residential and historic community, safe and reasonably upscale. Shops and cafes are walking distance. Nice place to call home.
