  • I went there for the first time today and as I was unloading my 2 year old and 9 MONTH OLD BABY from the car, the guys at the front tested out the horn from the "fixed up" truck next to us (maybe 10 feet from my baby girl). The horn was a TRAIN horn. Not only was I rattled from this painfully loud, uncalled for noise in a relatively calm environment, I was genuinely concerned for my children's hearing. After obviously voicing my concern over the issue to observing employees, some of them laughed at my distress and another rolled his eyes and "shooed" me off while walking away telling me "whatever". My husband told the man taking our car wash Order that it was loud and uncalled for and we only received a passing "sorry". For a "family" car wash, the did not seem too concerned about mine. Will NOT be going back.
