  • I was stranded in Phoenix after missing a flight and my connecting flight was not available for another day. This was my birthday trip weekend. All the car rental agencies were booked. I can not thank Enterprise Rent-A-Car enough for assisting me in getting a rental. Megan Woltkamp reassured me they would not leave me stranded. She was my miracle! I want to also thank Austin Fedrich and Eric Rodriguez. They are not only professional but truly good people! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I was able to drive to Laughlin and get the rental checked in before Enterprise closed that evening but my birthday weekend was salvaged. In my personal opinion they went above and beyond!
