  • My sister and I bought appliances from this location , which included a dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, etc. after waiting a good amount of time for the last of our appliances to be delivered ( stove and fridge ) , we decided to call them and figure out why we were waiting all day and didn't receive a phone call or anything . Come to find out It was posted as " Returned " on January 1st, 2015 . And a store credit was given . We never returned the appliances and were outraged on why this had happened . After waiting three days for this event to go into an investigation , Lowe's finally figured out that another customer who had bought the same stove returned theirs, but wrote it off in my sisters name in their system , how this happens is beyond me , but after waiting a month and a half for these appliances we finally got them. Please keep track of all invoices and dates when buying from this place , also keep track of what they say as far as delivery dates and time, because they certainly don't keep on top of things .
