  • I had high hopes for this diner. The menu said all the right things but the food was average. The server was great but the hostess was disinterested in us. We had the monte Cristo and the pork fritter sandwich (I think that was the name of it). What would have made the food live up to its menu description is a little bit of seasoning! Don't be afraid of salt! Especially on fried foods, a light sprinkle of salt goes a long way.
