  • I cannot say enough great things about living at Belara! I moved in during June 2015. My fiancĂ© and I were moving across the country so all of our dealings with Belara prior to moving in were done via phone and email and we moved in sight-unseen. We chose Belara due to the large apartments, great rent prices, and proximity to work (we looked at over 50 apartments within the North Phoenix/Scottsdale area). The staff was really accommodating with changing our move-in date to a Sunday and letting us do everything before the actual move-in day; after a 3 day drive, it was SO convenient and nice to be able to walk in, get our keys, and go, rather than have to sit and sign paperwork for an hour. Our apartment is spacious, gorgeous, and very quiet. The bathrooms especially are very large and we love having a washer/dryer in the unit already. We have two larger dogs and it's a perfect area to walk them every morning due to the proximity to trails and neighborhoods. Our neighbors are very friendly and we feel very safe. The grounds are clean and inviting and there is always space at the pool. The maintenance and front office staff are all very friendly (especially Zoey) and always happy to help. Our apartment building and front doors were recently painted and I asked if it would be possible for them to call me when the painters were there so I could take care of my dogs and they went out of their way to do so. We have lived in many apartments and Belara certainly tops our list!
