  • Pathetic Effort, Again! This is my second bad experience with 7HCW. The first time they forgot to put my floors mats back in, leaving me to think they were stolen. When I called they said "Oh yeah, we have them." I drove back across town to get them. They offered no apology or free wash. Today I took my car there for a wash. It was an infuriating experience. The greeter did a fine job, but it was down hill from there. 36 minutes just to get the car washed, then it sat, untouched, for another 35 minutes before I was just fed up and just took the keys, left my proof of payment on the water table, and drove away. No detailer every took charge and started wiping the car down. The detailers seem to be a bunch of torturously slow-moving high schoolers, apoplectic, with no sense of urgency, initiative, or autonomy. Thank you legalized marijuana, this is the future we have to look forward to. To be fair, when the detailing crew at 7HCW is comprised of Hispanic adults, the work gets done quickly and thoroughly. If you still wish to take your car there for a wash, allot at least 90 minutes.
