As far as Starbucks go, the store seems to have the "Hometown store" down. every morning there seems to be a group of gentlemen sitting at a table out front of the store, talking about the weather on the news, and the markets.
Within one visit, the barista at the register recognized me and even remembered my drink by the second day. She was very friendly, and very helpful. There are not very many options when it comes to coffee in this part of Cleveland, but the feel and the environment of the store made it easy for me to get some work done while I had some time to sit in the mornings.
The beverages are as you would expect, made correctly and tastes like Starbucks.
Another strong point in customer service was a barista on my last day in town who the initiative to make my green tea lemonade and ready to hand out within a few seconds of me paying. I don't think you'll be disappointed if you stop at the store.
