  • This hospital is the worst ever!!!! You will only see your doctor for five minutes a day if that. It's more of a cattle call for insurance payments than for actual patient care and future betterment. The food, if that is what you can call is is barely edible. If you have a child in the facility and scheduled to be released that day, the financial lady, Christine, will call you to make sure you have your money ready to give them on the way out. If you are a patient there and scheduled to be released that day, they hand you a bill with what you owe and want their money before you leave the facility. If you do not have the monies, the nasty financial lady, Christine, will set you up on a six month payment plan for help you apply for Medicaid. People are trying to commit suicide due to financial and from other psychological struggles and this unempathetic chick basically says you nor your child are not leaving unless you give us money you don't have for services that were really not worthy of paying for....in actuality you see the doctor if you are there for five days maybe 30 minutes for a five day visit. You get shampoo, toothpaste and deodorant in condiment packets. Do not even waste your time. You will be better off going to a private psychologist. Seven Hills, specifically, Christine, you should be ashamed of yourselves for your money collecting practices.
