| - Was in a dilemma last night. My fiance and I live downtown and needed some dinner but the clock showed 7:15pm and counting. The good places were closing up. So I hit up yelp to see what was available and low and behold... Switch - open till midnight. sweet. +1 Star.
We were feeling like watching some arrested development so I offered to call in the order. We ordered the apricot bbq chicken sandwich and the ham and cheese crepes. They said 10-15min. I arrived exactly 14 minutes later. Walked in, and the food was handed to the server right after I told them my name. +1 Star.
Got the food home and the chicken sandwich was amazing. You could taste everything listed on the menu. The warm chicken, red onions, feta cheese, apricot bbq sauce, aoili, cilantro. +1 Star.
The crepe was good, not great, but good. Dont know what it was lacking, just didn't come together as I hoped, although the ham was top notch and was served with perfectly cooked asparagus. Not that mushy crap that they over steam. This still had a crispy bite to. +1 Star (the quality of the ham and asparagus gave it the bump).
So, for now 4 stars. I'm interested to go back and dine in as the inside looked very cool and its even on central so the light rail could take my drunk ass home afterwards if I drank.
