  • I have been a patient at this practice for a long time. First I saw Dr Duick and now Dr Harari. I highly recommend Dr Harari. He is a good doctor however I didn't care for the front desk. I had a small balance and just made a payment a few days ago. That being said I arrived at 1:20 for a 1:30 appt and 30 min later they called me up and in front of everyone in the office Frances who has always been nice prior to today proceeded to tell me that I had to pay $125 in order to get my lab results from my Dr the end. She talked to Iris the ofc Mgr and she told Frances it had to be collected or no appt for me. What I didn't expect was how condescending and rude Francis was. I had always been on a payment plan in the past but accidentally missed my payment in January with everything going on. They do not send out bills or reminders nor do they tell u that your payment has to be paid on the exact date you signed your agreement. So just know they don't call they don't give you any warning and on any given visit they can make you pay Or you just won't get your lab visits and you won't get to see the doctor either
