Agree with the other 2 reviewers. Customer service is not a priority here, or the way it is offered could definitnly rub people the wrong way. A bit intimidating to walk in if you aren't a runner and the staff just kinda half heartedly ask if they can help. I signed up for a clinic and Denis "helped" ring me through - very cold, like I'm bothereing him - even though the store was empty and it wasn't near closing time or anything.
Been to the RR on Yonge street as well mutliple times - and I must say that the staff there are much more friendly and happier.
Run clinics here are superb though - but those are run by people that aren't really "staff" of the running room. They are more like volunteers that LOVE to run and like to help others so I don't consider them part of my rating.
