  • Had my girlfriend drop off a tire to have a screw removed. They called me and said they couldn't repair it. I told her to get the tire back from them and I'd take it elsewhere. Magically they are then able to repair it. Just 3 weeks later I get my tires rotated... Well, they never balanced the tires so it drove like it was falling apart. Waste my time and try to squeeze money out of a less knowledgeable client? Wish I never spent $2000 on tires from DT. I would never go back. Also, they will scratch the heck out of your rims. Literally had a brand new rim be so scratched up, it looked intentional.
