  • I've never heard so many lies to try to cover poor business! We took the time out of our Sunday to go to this meeting. Unfortunately, the I-10 was jammed up, so we called the office to let them know we would be arriving late. We drove all of the way from Buckeye to their office just to be told we would "have" to reschedule because of how late we were(ended up a little over 30 mins). I informed the woman at the desk that we had called ahead to which she responded that she had not been made aware of that. I picked up my phone to call the number back again that we had dialed to let them know of our situation. The woman on the other end of the phone then informed me that she had called the location. At this time, the woman in the office decided to call security. I was shocked. All I wanted was an answer as to why when we called we couldn't have been told that we would not be able to do the tour and meeting. It seemed fair being that I had spent such a considerable amount of my Sunday getting to them and was willing to spend more. We eventually left and called the other office back again. They agreed to mail us back the deposit we had put down for the tour. I called them back today to try to get to the bottom of this whole situation, and I was met with another set of questionable answers. Either the man who returned my call had been greatly misinformed by his staff or he was continuing to cover the miscommunications from Sunday. Either way, it was as if his staff was infallible. We went from the message of us being late wasn't relayed to it was and they kept a staff member there for us, but they checked the traffic online and saw that it was bad so they sent the person home. To make this situation better, the man I spoke with today said if I left a bad yelp review, as I had informed him I planned to do, that he would do the same for me. They have all of our information and know all about our business and can leave negative reviews about us as well. Yikes! That's not the kind of company I would want to do business with.
