One of my favorite places, takes effort to not eat here everyday. I don't know if this can be beat. GET THE CORN AND THE GAUCHO PAPAS! Hanger is probably my favorite, but it's hard to go wrong.
With apologies to Gaucho I would recommend a fattier cut of meat than the filet simply because of how outstanding the flavors are on all of the dishes and sauces. Filet stands well alone and while fantastic the flavors feel less impressive on that cut.
You can not go wrong here though. Get creative and push your boundaries, you are in excellent hands at Gaucho.
Finally, try the rosemary short rib sandwich at least once before you lay down for the dirt nap.
The line looks more daunting than it really is. Once you order and pay, your food is typically out within 10 minutes (at most), compared to conventional restaurant where you wait at your table.
