Best Japanese curry I've ever had!
The vibe is very chill and inviting. Tonight there was reggae music which made the experience so much better. It reminded me of eating or hanging out at local bars along the beach in Hawaii and Guam.
It's a small venue with a window view into the kitchen. So if you want to see your food being made, sit at the bar. Although, it through me off that the guy cooking and plating the food didn't wear gloves but rather wipe off on a side towel everytime he touched food.
Service is great! The owner Go speaks English and Japanese, so I found it a bit entertaining to hear someone at the bar showoff their Japanese skills by speaking the language . Although Go means 5 in Japanese, it can mean other things too. Here I am thinking it's the 5th restaurant of its kind...like Thai Noodle house 1 2 3 4 and 5...
The food was amazing and will be back to try more. They also carry Junmai Sake which is one of the best Sake out there.
Tucked away behind Krung Siam, it's a bit difficult to find, so just find Krung Siam and it's on the back lot of the restaurant.
