  • I normally don't care to review chains unless something really went wrong during my experience or in this case, I get consistently great service at a certain location! Thank god this Sbux this is less than a quarter mile away from my office. I have stopped in at all different hours of the day and have never had to wait more than a few minutes for my drink..even mid week at 8am when there was a line of 10+ people! The baristas are always insanely friendly and they get me in and out of the door. This location has a nice, quiet and dimly lit atmosphere which is nice and relaxing to step in before a busy work day or to get away from my desk for a few minutes. One time, I ordered one of their iced Tazo teas and they didn't have any freshly brewed, so I had to wait about 5 minutes for them to make it. They were apologetic and handed me a "next drink's on us" card for the wait. Hold on....a free drink for waiting for you to make my tea freshly brewed?....I'll take it!! Love it. They are doing a great job here. Everyone really seems to enjoy themselves behind the counter and it really does make for a pleasant experience while stopping in.
