Nice, clean hotel. Nothing spectacular. Like other reviewers have said, it is older, but not dated. I had a pleasant stay. I was on my way home from a conference in VA so I wanted comfort and nothing beats a Heavenly Bed! I checked in and I asked for a high, quiet room and they made it happen. I had the hamburger and a beer via room service. It was $30, but worth it at 9 pm, after a long day of driving. My room was super quiet and had a beautiful view of the city.
Had the breakfast buffet for $25 which included a hot and cold buffet, coffee, water and juice. Theres a separate menu with other options for under $15. I figured it was the same price regardless of what I ordered... Also a nice Starbucks coffee bar in the lobby.
The only problem I had was with the hot water. There was none. After breakfast, I stopped at the front desk and shared my water problem. The manager on duty was apologetic and called maintenance. After 30 minutes, the water was fixed and I was back in business.
