  • I'm overall happy with my experience. . Everyone was very nice and helpful. I gave it 4 stars because I reserved my storage online then the next day I went in to see it and it was very clean and what I needed. I wasn't ready to pay for it yet but I was informed by the guy there that I could reserve it without paying for 7 days. So it had only been two days. I planned on coming back in two days to pay for it. Instead I missed a courtesy call from them and they decided to just cancel my reservation. Even though I had already talked to them on the phone and in person. I just happened to miss the courtesy call and they just cancelled it. I just happened to check my email that day and got an email that it was cancelled and there was only one unit left. If I hadn't checked my email I just would have been without a storage and I was moving in two days. Could have went really bad. I called them immediately and they saw that it was cancelled but no one could explain why. No one seemed to know who or why it was cancelled. Luckily no one had gotten it so I was able to reserve it again. Other than that it was a good experience.
