Don't sign any papers unless you know what you're getting into. My husband specifically said he wanted 4 adjustments, one time fee. They have been charging us month to month, and when I called to ask she mentioned that my husband signed a paper and knew it was month to month and that it was explained to him. It wasn't, we were both present. She was extremely rude on the phone. If there's nothing that can be done, so be it. But the customer service needs to get their act straight. Unbelievably rude!!!!!! Just a warning for any new customers. Don't sign ANYTHING, unless you know exactly what you're signing. Otherwise this company will straight up steal from you.
