  • For a store based on the concept of creating order, this place was kind of a wreck today when I visited. Apparently they were resetting shelves, or restocking, or getting ready for Christmas? All of the above? Whatever it was, there was stuff all over the floors of the aisles to walk around. None of the employees I saw acknowledged me until I got up to the register. I asked where a certain item was and was told they were probably out if I couldn't find it. Waiting in line for the one cashier took quite some time. Another employee came over to help and was told there was only one working register. Is it a cool place? Yes! But the customer service aspect could use some help.
