Top notch for sure. Although the food is wonderful (the sea bass was so delicate and perfect that it would be in the top 3 of any fish I've eaten) it was more just the whole impressive sequence and service that won me over. You start with a champagne barrel that the sommelier reviews for you one by one, including the chef's own label which was delicious, all were available by the glass. It put me in a good mood right off the bat. There was a procession of these encounters, including the bread cart and the cheese cart and the dessert cart. You are invited to have as many selections of everything as you like. The breads and pastries really stole the show for me, and the Chardonnay from Burgundy was wonderful. All the amuse bouche were lovely. Crazy expensive (top tasting menu is $555 per person, though wine pairings are included with that) but I do feel I got my money's worth. I would go again!
