  • No surprise that this location only has three stars in comparison to some of their other locations. Staff is VERY rude and EXTREMELY unprofessional. I went to the gym on on 5/23/17 @ 8:30pm and the manager on duty was extremely rude. I was very disappointed and extremely disgusted with the manner in which he spoke to me. The funny thing is after being rude and unprofessional he still wanted me to sign up... no thanks and nice try buddy, but I will take my business elsewhere to another gym that's a lot more professional and customer friendly. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! I will never visit another LVAC in town or recommend them to any of my family or friends. Great job guys, the employees that you hire are a representation of the company.
