I called DirecTV October, 2017 and talked to someone in the Philippines. I was told I needed a new receiver for my signal loss problem on several channels. I has to pay the shipping cost about $25. The problem continued after I activated the new receiver. I contacted DirecTV again through Facebook. I was told they could not help, call Intech. Intech has been unsuccessful correcting the problem for several other people too. The last time I called was January 3, 2018. I was told they are moving, no idea when they will be able to fix the problem. Now it is 3 months that we can only view several channels certain times of the day.
My bill is paid on time and often early for this crappy service.
