Warning, do not call this company. They are terrible and only are interested in a upcharge and are also more expensive. I had a fan motor replaced on 7/1/13. Had them out twice due to the new fan motor rattling. The first time they said it was ok that they some of them sound like that and blamed it on a loose compressor. I left it alone due to a one year warranty on the part. The noise progressively got worse like I knew it would. Had them come out again. They said the fan was ok and it was the compressor and all the freon leaked out. The solution was they said we needed a new unit and would have a salesman call. I called another company for a second opinion. They came out said it is the fan and due to all the rattling and ron brocks installing the wrong part that one of our lines cracked and all the freon was gone. He also checked the whole unit and said everything else was ok and recommended just repairing. He was very upset that I didnt have ron brocks replace the fan but I didnt want them touching the unit again. The new place charged me about half for the than ron brocks did but the whole repair cost me 975.00 due to the loss of freon. If ron brocks would of just replaced the fan the first time I had them come back none of this would of happened. I contacted them and said my resolution is to have them give me my 975 back due to their poor service. I haven't heard back from them since. CALL SOMEONE ELSE!
