  • Horrible customer service... walked in the door 10 minutes before closing time and i was denied a haircut. Honestly i work hard all day tired and sweaty.. i live in chandler and work in northscottsdale and come all the way out here in traffic to support my fellow black barbers. Today was a rough day at work and i sat a hour in traffic just to get there 10 minutes before they closed. There was only one person waiting with three barbers left.. i feel like this was a huge turning point and as a hardworking blackbuisness owner i felt like the integrity of this barbershops craft went right out the window... i feel like regardless of the fact ive started going there every other week and tip 30% none of that matters. The quality of a customer has no value and at the end of the day money is money and its not about the haircut.... i feel like this barbershop does not operate off integrity and it does not care to gain your trust. DO NOT GO HERE.. you get a average haircut at a lowgrade customer service value or integrity. You may say well u showed up late, but the key i didnt, & i showed up 10 minutes before closing.. you mean one more customer who supports your buisness you cant help? Where is the integrity?
