Poorly trained hospitality staff, front-desk agent.
Noisy rooms (train tracks across from rooms, plus drag racing on very busy road). They now supply earplugs gratis, which we found laughable.
Wifi did not work. Since we had many of our relatives staying with us at the hotel as well, they too reported the WIFI problems as well.
Rooms dated, and smelled of industrial cleaners
During our reservation, we requested a quiet room towards the back. Upon arrival the desk agent said yes this was in our records but they had no reason to offer why we did not get a rooms towards the back (in the few quiet rooms), other then to tell us to call the 3rd party agent whom we made our reservation through. Upon our request to speak to someone with any responsibility, we were told this was not possible but we could do so by coming back in a few days.
At $100 on average for a room this is pricey at best for what it is.
