  • I discovered a leak in my guest bathroom and tried to reach out to a few plumbers before finding Chris. Not only was he the first to pick up the phone, but he scheduled an appointment within 24 hours to access the issue. We had some unpleasant news in that the leak was coming from behind the wall and needed some extensive repairs; Chris not only determined the cause immediately, but reached out to a restoration company on my behalf to get the wheels in motion for repairs. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on and how we could proceed with insurance. He had the job completed by the next day, despite having to drill into the foundation and do extensive repairs. He and his worker were courteous of my home and left things as neat as they found them. This is never a pleasant issue to deal with, but Chris truly helped alleviate the stress associated with the occurrence. My first experience with Pink Plumbing was 5 star and they have a new customer for life. I have already recommended them via Nextdoor and will continue to do so!
