  • I've been a Cox customer for over 15 years. I have put up with the continual price increases and bad service for a very long time. Several months ago Cox introduced the new gigablast internet. They made a pretty good offer. The catch was a 2 year commitment, but since I have been with them forever I though, whats the harm. The price was locked in for 2 years so no worries about a price increase right? Well now I find out Cox requires a $3 a month box on every TV in the house. So if I get one for every TV my bill will be increasing $12 a month. Not bad for a deal that was supposed to be locked in. When my 2 years are up Direct TV here I come!!!!!
