  • I had my water heater start to leak the day before I left for a vacation. I called at noon and they were able to send someone out by 1:00pm for a FREE estimate. Pete (the owner) came out and provided me all the options and gave his recommendations. Pete didn't pressure me into buying a high priced replacement and actually gave me the choice to use some current pieces to save some money. I didn't get quotes by other companies (they won't give you one without coming out for a service charge) but talking with neighbors, it was a fair price. I have no complaints and would have no problem using Phend plumbing in the future.
