Prepare to get a bill in the mail no matter how good your insurance coverage, even for preventive services. I got one after my last cleaning when it was supposed to be 100% covered. Be sure you ask for an estimate well before your appointment and follow up with them if you don't receive it. I ask for one but never got it. A few days before my appointment I asked again but only got accuses. They said they needed three weeks to get one and blamed the insurance company. I learned the hard way. I do not recommend this dentist office!
