TO WHOM IT MY CONCERN... I am JC White - SIXT ID 17300411 and ID 17555326
I've been a customer for the past 4 months plus...I have had the same vehicle (Audi A6) for the past 4 months. Today was the day to go in and re-rent my car like I've done for the past 4 months. I went into the PHX sky harbor location to re-rent my rental. I was told that I could not re-rent the car that I was driving...they refused to rent it to me... I had no way to go anywhere so I was forced to rent an Audi A3 for 2 times the price I had been renting the Audi A6. Every time that I've been in to this location to re-rent my rental it has been total confusion.. it's never handled correctly never the same anything... but never have I been denied or made look like a complete fool in front of people! And to top it off I gave her (the worker) my SIXT membership number and she said she had to add a $1,200 package to my rental... I feel like I was totally taken advantage of and treated very badly! I was working on getting my company to use SIXT as our company rental agency.. but after the way I was treated today I'd have to reconsider.. The workers at the PHX Sky Harbor location are very unprofessional and inconsistent! This may not mean anything to anyone but I pledge to put the word out about my experience and how unprofessional SIXT rental car operates!
